Some moments call for a little something extra. Share with us a thoughtful detail you would like us to include.
We’re happy to accommodate most written messages, simple enhancements, and easily sourced items such as items from groceries. Any additional item you ask us to purchase will be charged at its actual cost, separate from the special request fee. For quality and safety reasons, we’re unable to include alcohol or items that require freezing or temperature control.
If the item is harder to source, the service fee of $5 may increase slightly but never more than $15. We always aim to keep it at $5 so there are no surprises.
If we’re unable to assist with the request, we’ll refund the add-on cost and proceed with shipping your D&Co. products as normal.
NOTE: Special requests require at least three business days of lead time.
