Floriane “Iane” Dalisay G.
FOUNDER
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Iane’s [ee-yan] story is shaped by movement, family, and memory. Before settling in the US, she lived in the UAE and the UK, experiences that deepened her appreciation for home and for the objects that carry meaning across cultures. Leaving Manila only strengthened her pride in being Filipino and her commitment to representing her version of being a proud Pinay.
She felt a pull to build something of her own. Something rooted in her family name, her heritage, and the quiet stories that shaped her upbringing. In 2024, that idea became Dalisay & Co.
Inspired by the wooden kitchenware she once admired at Dapitan Market, and by seeing how similar pieces are embraced in American homes, she envisioned a way to bring Filipino craftsmanship to a wider stage.
Growing up in a humble household, acacia-wood bowls were reserved for special occasions. What once felt like a small luxury became a lasting memory, and that same feeling now sits at the heart of Dalisay & Co.
Gerald "G" Dalisay G.
DIGITAL STRATEGY, SEO
Born and raised in Manila, G brings over 15 years of experience across SEO, AI, digital marketing, and growth strategy. His work spans ecommerce, real estate, SaaS, and media, rooted in building scalable systems that turn ideas into meaningful, high-performing digital experiences.
He began his career at Alibaba Philippines before living and working across the UAE and Spain, eventually finding his way back home to the Philippines. These experiences shaped his global perspective and approach to market expansion across MENA, SEA, the EU, and the US.
At Dalisay & Co., Gerald supports the brand behind the scenes, blending AI, automation, and technical strategy to streamline workflows, strengthen visibility, and help the stories behind the brand reach the right audience, thoughtfully and at scale.
Beyond his role, Gerald has been a steady source of support throughout. His belief in her vision, guidance through unfamiliar territory, and constant encouragement gave her the confidence to pursue this chapter, even when it felt uncertain. Dalisay & Co. would not be what it is today without his presence, perspective, and unwavering support.
Fides D & Jeff PC
Manufacturing Partners
Based in City of San Fernando, Fides and her business partner, Jeff, lead the manufacturing heart behind our pieces.
They began selling wood products through online marketplaces in 2019, where they quickly noticed the growing demand for thoughtfully crafted woodwork. With that momentum, they made the decision to build their own manufacturing company, officially establishing it in 2021.
Growing a business from the ground up requires patience, resilience, and steady perseverance. Guided by that mindset, they have continued expanding their operations with a focus on creating high-quality woodcraft pieces at accessible prices.
Their commitment lies in designing and producing well-crafted wood products with care, consistency, and pride in Filipino workmanship.
