Return policy
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order.
If this happens, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue either:
  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund back to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Care Guide
To keep your pieces safe and long-lasting, wash them by hand with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

OPTIONAL: For extra care, occasional oiling keeps the wood smooth, hydrated, and resistant to drying out. Use a food-grade mineral oil or beeswax once a month, or when the surface looks dull to maintain the wood’s smooth finish and durability. Apply a thin coat, let it soak in, and wipe away any excess.
